As one of Bolton’s first internet pharmacies, Pharmaease intends to play a pioneering role in sculpting the future of pharmacy and the provision of health services. The company was founded on the underlying principles that quality, value and convenience are of paramount importance to the modern consumer. This is reflected in our range of products set at very competitive prices, and our healthcare services most of which are free of charge.
As with any online retailer, great savings can be made due to a more streamlined working procedure and fewer operating costs. These savings are passed on directly to the consumer.
Our range of suppliers has been chosen to ensure the highest level of quality, ensuring that all products are sourced in the United Kingdom from companies registered with the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).
Like many traditional “bricks and mortar” pharmacies, Pharmaease can offer patients expert advice.
However, investment in technology will soon allow us to introduce electronic requesting of repeat prescriptions, a unique repeat prescription reminder service and an innovative mobile application to allow patients to stay abreast of their medication and health information at the swipe of a finger.
In addition to this, we are currently the only pharmacy in Bolton where the pharmacist will come directly to your door and review the effectiveness of your medication in the comfort of your own living room. Medication dosages can be discussed, recommendations made, information or suggestions relayed back to your GP and your prescription can be synchronised to ensure that patients are ordering and taking their medication appropriately.
We also provide a FREE replacement diabetes monitor service. For more information about any of these services please contact our dispensary team.
Pharmaease offer a convenient and reliable prescription service. We have designed the service to work around the requirements of the patient and as such it eliminates the need to visit the Dr’s surgery and a pharmacy. We have the facilities to order the prescription from the GP and deliver your medication to your preferred location, be it at home or the workplace. We can also receive a prescription directly from a surgery via Electronic Transfer (ETP) and deliver whenever it is most convenient.
Pharmaease is owned by Nationwide Healthcare Solutions LTD, is run by fully qualified and UK accredited pharmacists and operates from pharmacy premises registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council of Great Britain.

It is important that you take the right dose of your prescribed medicines at the right time each day to get the most from your medicines to control your condition(s) as much as possible. This can sometimes be difficult if you take more than one medicine. One way in which this can be made easier is for your medicines to be supplied in a Monitored Dosage System, which provides you with a separate compartment for each dosage time of the day.
A monitored dosage system (MDS) is a medication storage device designed to simplify the administration of solid oral dose medication, especially for those on multiple medications. It aims to address the issues of difficulty accessing medication due to sight impairment or other disability and/or forgetfulness.
MDS devices are usually a variation on the design of a box or a blister pack, divided into days of the week with several compartments per day to allow for the different timing of doses such as breakfast, lunch, dinner and bedtime.
Our Pharmacist can help identify which patients this type of system would be suitable for.
MDS may be suitable for patients in the following circumstances:
